Pakistan decides to book corona virus vaccine in advance
In this regard, Parliamentary Secretary for National Health Services Noshin Hamid while talking in the program ‘Geo Pakistan’ of private TV channel Geo News said that vaccine for corona virus is being worked on in different countries and many people are claiming success in it.
She said that as soon as this vaccine is made, it will be in demand and people are already booking it in advance, so Pakistan has also shortlisted two companies and in this regard, the approval of Prime Minister Imran Khan has also been received. ۔

Noshin Hamid said that Pakistan will soon be able to book these companies by making an advance payment. Besides, Pakistan has also decided on the people who need to be vaccinated and they have been shortlisted. ۔
The parliamentary secretary said the vaccine would be administered to about 10 million people in the first phase, which would include frontline health workers and people over the age of 65, and that the vaccine would be called in from abroad in the first phase. ۔
In response to a question on the occasion, he said that very important decisions are being taken by the government and it was not said that the schools will not be closed but the decision has been postponed for only one week and on November 23. It is likely that the long winter holidays will be announced ahead of time.
He said that at the same time, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has immediately called off its meetings, while restrictions on marriage halls have been tightened and strict implementation of SOPs in markets and factories has been directed.
During the discussion, he said that the people were being informed that if the SOPs were not implemented, more drastic measures could be taken.
Last week, Fires and BioNTech released preliminary results of the third phase of a human trial of their vaccine to prevent code-19 disease caused by the new corona virus, with 90% protection against the disease. Was declared effective.

The Moderina company first launched its human trial of the vaccine in March this year and now, according to preliminary results from the final phase, the vaccine is about 95% effective in protecting against Code 19.
These preliminary results were based on 95 patients who were diagnosed with code 19 and found that the vaccine had an efficacy of 94.5%.
It should be noted that the number of cases and deaths of corona virus in Pakistan has increased once again and the total number of victims in the country till the afternoon of November 17 is 361,082 out of which 324,834 have recovered while 7,000 193 have died.
