What is a stent in heart surgery and how does it work?
The heart is considered to be the most important part of the human body. Blood circulation throughout the body depends on this heart. The vessels through which blood passes are called arteries. If blood flow to these arteries is not possible, doctors insert an artificial tube through the operation, which is called a stent. Now you can see for yourself how important a stunt is.
Blood flow in the body is at the same stent until the arteries are restored. If the stent is defective or unregistered, the patient’s chances of surviving longer are also reduced. There are many types of stents. Some stents are attached to the arteries throughout life. Some stents are used until the arteries are able to normalize blood flow.
