Two key foreign cricketers out of the remaining PSL 5 matches

Darren Sammy of the West Indies and Mitchell McClelland of New Zealand were ruled out of the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League.

Mitchell McClelland, a member of the Karachi Kings squad, has withdrawn from the PSL due to New Zealand’s isolation rules.

South Africa’s Van Parnell has been included in the Karachi Kings as a substitute, while Peshawar Zalmi’s Darren Sammy will also miss the tour due to logistical issues.

Due to flight suspension and lack of alternative transit visa, Semi has lost participation in PSL. Sohaib Maqsood has been included in Peshawar Zalmai’s squad.

Teams are preparing for the play-offs of Pakistan Super League Five. Bangladeshi cricketer Tamim Iqbal, who is part of Lahore Qalandars, has also reached Karachi.

The play-off and final of Pakistan Super League will be held in Karachi on November 14, 15 and 17 for which domestic and foreign players have started arriving in Pakistan.
