Actor Sanjay Dutt announced his retirement from the film world in August due to health problems.
Earlier, neither the actor nor his family had disclosed anything about his illness, but according to media reports, Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer.

Sanjay Dutt arrived in Dubai on a chartered flight a few days ago to meet his wife Manita Dutt and children, and the photo was probably from there.

Now, for the first time, Sanjay Dutt has confirmed that he has been diagnosed with cancer, but he did not say anything about the nature and stage of the cancer.
However, Sanju Baba is hopeful that he will recover soon.
According to the Indian Express, celebrity hairstylist Alam Hakim posted a video of Sanjay Dutt on Instagram in which he said that he will recover from cancer soon.
In the video, Sanjay Dutt asked the cameraman to bring the camera close to his face and pointed to the scar on his forehead.
“If you look at it, it’s a recent stain on my life but I’ll beat it, I’ll be free of this cancer soon,” he said.
Sanjay Dutt also talked about his upcoming plans and said that he is happy to work again after the lockdown.
“It’s always nice to be out of the house, I’m growing this (beard) of KGF2, we’re starting shooting in November, I’m happy to be back on the set,” he said.
Sanjay Dutt further said in the video that if there is a dubbing of Shamshira film tomorrow, it will be fun there too.
It may be recalled that Sanjay Dutt was admitted to a private Lilawati Hospital in Mumbai on August 8 on a respiratory complaint but his test for corona virus was negative and he was discharged from the hospital two days later on August 10.
On August 11, a day after being discharged from the hospital, the 61-year-old actor announced that he was taking a break from the film industry for treatment and that there was no need for fans to worry or spread unnecessary information. ۔
After which the Indian media had revealed on the same day that Sanju Baba has been diagnosed with lung cancer and the cancer is in the third stage and he will leave for America soon for treatment.
His wife Manita Dutt’s statement regarding his illness was also revealed, but neither Sanjay nor Manita Dutt gave any explanation to the actor about his cancer.
