Omega-3 deficiency can lead to premature death

New York: The recurrence of omega-3 fatty acids is becoming more and more common and the news is that the lack of this important element in the body is as bad as smoking which can lead to premature death.

New research in this area has been published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. It states that fluctuations in the omega-3 index can be detected by blood tests. In this regard, the world’s most important and extraordinary study ‘Framingham Heart Study’ has emerged. This study has been going on for a long time. In which a risk scoreboard has been made noting the risks of heart disease. It includes eight criteria including age, sex, smoking, blood pressure, diabetes, systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol (TC) and HDL cholesterol.

The significance of this study is that heart disease is still the leading cause of death worldwide. This is due to factors such as restlessness, smoking, stress and restless life.
Fatty acids can be seen on blood plasma and red blood cell membranes (RBCs). These salmon are found in abundance in fish and in addition omega-3 supplements are common which contain fish oil and algae oils.

The first study looked at 2,500 participants, ranging in age from 66 to 73, and looked at them for seven years and three months. Among Americans, the rate was four percent lower, which could lead to heart disease.

But the Japanese people have a high Omega 3 index and live longer. Thus, the average age there is five years higher than that of Americans. It can be said that Omega 3 can be very useful for longevity.

That’s why omega-3s are now so popular around the world, as they help control blood pressure and prevent heart disease.
