Bollywood actor Anupam Kher’s wife, actress and Indian Lok Sabha member Kiran Kher has been diagnosed with blood cancer.
Anupam Kher and her son Sikandar Kher confirmed Kiran Kher’s illness this morning (April 1).
In a post shared on social networking site Twitter, Anupam Kher said, “Rumors do not improve the situation, so Alexander and I would like to inform everyone that Kiran has been diagnosed with a type of multiple myeloma blood cancer.”
“Karan Kher is undergoing treatment and we are confident that she will be stronger than before,” said Anupam Kher.
“We are lucky that she is being treated by the best doctors. She has always been a fighter and continues to move forward,” he said.
Anupam Kher also appealed to the fans to pray for his wife’s health and said that if many people love her, then pray for her.
He also thanked the fans for their concern and good wishes.
Apart from Anupam Kher, her son Sikandar Kher also confirmed his mother’s illness in a post shared on the photo sharing app Instagram.
The statement regarding the confirmation of Kiran Kher’s illness was issued after the revelation of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Arn Sood in Chandigarh.
Yesterday, Earn Sood had said that Kiran Kher, a second-time member of the Indian Parliament from Chandigarh, was out of town due to a diagnosis.
It is believed that some people were using the words ‘missing’ and ‘missing’ for Karan Kher, on which Earn Sood had revealed this.
“I would like to announce that she is suffering from multiple myeloma and is undergoing treatment at a Mumbai hospital,” he said.
He also said that Kiran Kher had to go for chemotherapy regularly.
Earn Sood told The Indian Express that Kiran Kher was diagnosed with blood cancer in November 2020 when he was rushed to a Chandigarh hospital on November 11 with a fractured arm while he did not suffer a fracture or anything else. ۔
He added that Kiran Kher herself was shocked because she did not fall because of the injury.
Ern Sood said that when the abdomen was scanned, he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in his left shoulder and right arm.
Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells in the blood that make antibodies to prevent any infection.
