Karachi: Well known actress Meera says that if any allegation of corruption against me is proved true, I will be hanged in public.
Speaking at a press conference in Lahore, actress Meera denied the allegations against her and said, “I have villas in Dubai which are in my own name, so why would I commit corruption.”

“I urge all agencies to hold me accountable because I know I am truthful, virtuous and chaste. If any allegation of corruption against me is proved to be true, I will be hanged in public,” she said.
During the press conference, the actress, who asked me to bring out the bank statement, later retracted her statement. When asked by reporters about the statement, the actress lost her temper and left the press conference unfinished, uttering harsh words to the journalists.
It is to be noted that choreographer Lada, a victim of Meera’s alleged fraud, had alleged that during the lockdown, actress Meera had allegedly committed fraud of millions of rupees in the name of the poor.
