Indian actress Malvi Malhotra was stabbed and injured by her friend for refusing to marry.
According to Indian media reports, actress Malvi was attacked on her way home last night.
The actress was stabbed three times in the abdomen, injuring her severely and she is undergoing treatment at a local hospital in Mumbai.

Reports say that the attacker had fled the scene in his car but has been identified and is a friend of the actress.
According to reports, the actress said that the attacker had offered marriage but she refused and she has known him for a year.
A case of assault on the actress has been registered at the local Mumbai police station and investigations are underway.
