LAHORE: National cricket team fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has secured the best ranking of his career in the ICC ODI Players Rankings.

Under the new ICC rankings, Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam’s distance from second position in limited-overs cricket has narrowed further.

Shaheen Shah Afridi, who took five wickets for 49 runs in the first match of the series against Zimbabwe, has moved up eight places to 16th position in the world rankings. Are in position.

Although Baburazam remains at the third position in the world rankings of batsmen, Babar Azam, who scored 221 runs in the series against Zimbabwe, has 837 points, an increase of 8 points over the previous rankings. India’s Rohit Sharma is second in the rankings with 18 points more than him. India’s Virat Kohli tops the list with 871 points.
