The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that Shadab Khan will not play in the first T20 International match against Zimbabwe.
The Pakistan Cricket Board’s medical team says the league spinner’s injury is improving but he has been advised to rest.
The PCB statement said that Shadab Khan’s participation in the next two T20 matches of the series would be decided in due course.

The first match of the three-match T20 International series between the two teams will be played on November 7 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
It is to be noted that the league spinner had complained of feeling strain in his left leg during the first intra squad practice match played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on October 23.
In the three-match ODI series between the two teams, Pakistan won 1-2.
In the last match of the series, Zimbabwe won the super over and deprived Pakistan of a clean sweep.
