Redmi introduced a cheap phone

Chinese mobile company Xiaomi’s brand ‘Redmi’ has introduced its new and cheapest phone, which can be purchased online immediately from the company’s website.

The company has introduced the ‘Redmi One Plus’ equipped with dual rear cameras with a 2.6-inch screen and a fingerprint sensor on the back.

There are two cameras on the back of the phone, out of which the main camera is 8-megapixel while the second is a 3-megapixel video sporting gaming technology camera.

The phone has a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front, but the company claims that the phone’s camera technology has been upgraded.

Instead of increasing the megapixels of the cameras, unlike other phone companies, Redmi has introduced them in the phone by reducing them, due to which the price has also been kept low.

The phone is introduced in two different modules i.e. 2 and 3 GB RAM up to 556 GB memory and is powered by Snapdragon 888 chip and processor.

The Redmi One Plus with Android 12 has a 5000mAh battery and a 10W fast charger.

The phone is offered in three different colors and can be purchased immediately online only from the company’s website, however it may take a few more days to be available in other countries including Pakistan.

The company has priced its 2GB model at PKR 19,000 while the 3GB model is priced at PKR 22,000.

The ‘Redmi One Plus’ is an upgraded version of the ‘Redmi One’ launched in India two months ago, the company only offered the 2GB model in India.
