Xiaomi has introduced its new smartphone Redmi 9. The Chinese company had earlier introduced the Redmi Note 9 series and now has introduced the regular Redmi 9 phone, the main feature of which is to provide the appropriate features at a very low price.
The Redmi 9 comes with a 6.53-inch LCD display with Full HD Plus resolution, which is much better than the Redmi 8’s HD Plus resolution.
Gorilla Glass 3 is provided to protect the screen and the company claims that the screen to body ratio in the phone is 89.83%.
The Redmi 9 is powered by a Helio G80 processor with 3 to 4 GB of RAM and 32 to 64 GB of storage that can be expanded up to 512 GB with a microSD card.
The back of the phone has a setup of 4 cameras with a 13-megapixel main camera with F2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel 118 field of view ultra wide camera, a 5-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth camera.
The water drop notch on the front of the phone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera with fixed focus.
The Redmi 9 comes with a 5120 mAh battery with 18 watt fast charging support but a 10 watt charger in the box.
There are also features like Blue Tooth 5.0, FM radio and Wi-Fi 802.
The phone will be available in 3 colors Black, Green and Purple with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage wall model at 149 Euros (over 27,000 PKR) while the version with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will cost 179 Euros. More than 33,000 Pakistani rupees).
The phone is currently being rolled out in China and Hong Kong and will soon be rolled out to other countries
