Introducing 2 Oppo F17 series phones with fast charging and quad cameras

Oppo has unveiled two new F-series phones that are thinner, faster and have better features than the F15 introduced in January this year. The F17 and F17 Pro are less than 7.5mm thick and weigh only 160 grams.

The F17 has a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 1080P resolution.

The phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, 4, 6 and 8 GB RAM and 64 to 128 GB storage options, which can be further expanded with an SD card.

The Android 10 operating system is integrated by the company with its Klar OS 7.2, while the 4000 mAh battery is provided with 30 watt fast charging support which, according to the company, is fully charged in 53 minutes.

The front of the phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera in the tear drop notch, while the back has a setup of 4 cameras.

It includes a 16-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel Ultra Wide, a 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth camera.

The price and availability date of this phone have not been announced yet.

In contrast, the F17 Pro is equipped with a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080P resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P95 processor with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, which can be expanded with an SD card.

The company has integrated the Android 10 operating system with its Color OS 7.2.

The phone also comes with a 4000 mAh battery with 30 watt fast charging support that can fully charge the battery in 53 minutes, while AI night charging mode is also provided which awakens the last 20% of the user’s sleep. Complets 90 minutes before.

The phone uses Gorilla Glass 3 Plus to protect the display while a fingerprint sensor is installed inside the screen, which according to the company can unlock the device in 0.3 seconds.

The back of the phone also has 4 cameras, but its main camera is equipped with a 48-megapixel sensor.

There are also 8-megapixel Ultra Wide, 2-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel depth cameras.

The dual camera setup on the front is in a punch hole design with 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras.

And yes, it has a feature called Air Gypsum that can receive calls even when your hands are wet, so be aware that the phone is not water resistant.

The phone is being offered for sale in India at a price of 23,000 Indian rupees (about 52,000 Pakistani rupees).
