ICC Test Championship Pakistan ranks sixth out of 9 teams

Gross Islet: Pakistan finished sixth out of nine teams in the first ICC Test Championship.

A day before the end of the competition, the West Indies lost 6 points. With the defeat in the second Test against South Africa, the Caribbean team faced fines and a reduction of points on slow over rate.

The hosts were 3 overs behind in the allotted time, so match referee Richie Richardson fined the West Indies 6% of the Test championship with a 60 per cent match fee penalty.
The team is ranked eighth in the points table. The first edition of the championship will end with the finals in India and New Zealand.
