How much would Apple benefit from not having a charger or earphones in the iPhone 12?

Apple has announced that it will not provide chargers and earphones or airbuds with iPhone 12 series devices as part of its efforts to protect our planet’s environment from harmful gases.

But it is very difficult to see or test how good it will be for the environment of the earth, but it will definitely prove to be a great source of income for the company.

Apple introduced 4 iPhone 12 series phones at its event on October 13 and unlike previous models, only USB to Lightning cable will be provided with these iPhones.

The company said the removal of wall chargers and airbuds would lead to less mining, packaging and ground-warming carbon dioxide emissions.

The announcement was made to make Apple a more environmentally friendly company, which it pledged to curb greenhouse gas emissions in July this year.

According to technology website The Verge, Angelo Zeno, a senior analyst, said: “We are presenting this initiative as an environmentally friendly principle, but it is also a good financial step.”

Analysts say the move to 5G is a big reason why Apple has focused on cost-cutting tools, with fewer accessories being offered alongside phones.

All iPhones this year have 5G support, which is also the company’s first such phone.

However, incorporating this technology into phones has increased their cost over last year’s models.

Angelo Zeno estimates that the use of radio frequency devices has increased the cost of the new iPhone 12 by 30 to 35% over previous iPhones, which is why the company wants to reduce the cost of other aspects of the phone.

According to Jane Munster, managing partner at venture capital company Loop Ventures, not including chargers and airbeds in new phones could increase the company’s profits by at least one percent.

“I think the move is aimed at maintaining the current level of profitability of the phone,” he said.

But on the other hand, the move will make the company more profitable, as people who buy new iPhones will need chargers and headphones, as there will be fewer people who have chargers and headphones working on new devices. Will

For example, if this year’s phones were sold in 2018, more than 210 million, then 5% of them also decided to buy airbeds, the company would make an additional profit of 70 700 million.

Interestingly, buying a separate charger or headphones will increase packaging waste and gas emissions, but the blame will fall on companies other than Apple.

The new iPhone comes with a USB cable and this means that the chargers of many previous iPhones will not be compatible with them as they work on a lightning cable.

So these users will need a USBBC wall charger or wireless charger to use their new iPhones.
