Harare: The national team was bowled out for 426 in the first innings of the first Test against Zimbabwe.
On the first day of the first Test of the series in Harare, the Zimbabwean batsmen looked helpless in front of the Pakistani bowlers and the entire team was bowled out for 176 runs. For Pakistan, Shaheen Afridi and Hassan Ali took 4, 4 while Noman Ali took one wicket.
On the second day of the Test match, the national team dominated the game. Opening batsmen Abid Ali scored 60, Imran Butt 91 and Azhar Ali 36 while Fawad Alam’s brilliant century helped the national team to 6 wickets at the end of the second day. He scored 374 runs at a loss and took a 198-run lead over the visitors.
When the game started on the third day, the national team added 52 runs to the score and all the players were out. Fawad Alam played an innings of 140 runs which gave the national team a 250-run lead against Zimbabwe in the first innings.
