Facebook has deleted millions of fake corona posts

There seems to be a lot of rumors and fake details about the corona virus epidemic on Facebook.

The most popular social networking site says that between April and June, it deleted 7 million posts based on fake details regarding Code 19.

In addition, 98 million posts were labeled as fact-checkers, but the details were not important enough to be deleted.

The data was released by the company along with a community standard report detailing the content removed from Facebook.

Facebook usually does not provide statistics on posts based on false details in such reports.

But the company said it had applied stricter rules to posts about the epidemic, given the dangers of the corona virus.

Facebook removed posts that made false claims about the treatment of code 19, while also processing reports that were considered dangerous by medical institutions.

The company has taken steps to make authentic medical details available to more people, while encouraging the use of face masks.

Despite all these measures, the rate of rumors and false details regarding Code 19 on Facebook and Instagram is constantly increasing.

In May, a video went viral on Facebook, falsely claiming that the use of face masks made people sick and that the corona virus was developed in a laboratory.

The video had been viewed millions of times since Facebook removed it, and the same thing happened in another video last month.

The video falsely claimed that the anti-malarial drug was a treatment for hydroxychloroquine code 19, which was viewed more than 20 million times a day, after which Facebook took action against it.

In both cases, the videos were copied and shared on Facebook and Instagram.

Last week, Facebook deleted a post by US President Donald Trump claiming that children were safe from Code 19.

The video also remained on social media for several hours and was viewed millions of times, after which it was removed
