Samsung had introduced a new midrange 5G smartphone of Galaxy M series a few days ago and now the details of the features of its new phone in Galaxy S series have been leaked.
Remember that Samsung never paid attention to the optical zoom capabilities for its S series flagship phones.
The Galaxy S20 and S21 have incredible hybrid zoom power, but there is an optical zoom that can zoom 1.1 times.
The report claims that the Galaxy S22 series will feature a 10-megapixel telephoto lens that will support 3x optical zoom for the first time, unlike hybrid zoom on the Galaxy S20 and S21.
The S22 Ultra will have the same 10-megapixel dual telephoto lens setup as the S21 Ultra.
One of them will be capable of 10x optical zoom, however even if Samsung does not support 10x optical zoom lens, the Galaxy S22 and S22 + will still have the same optical zoom lens with 3x zoom.
An earlier report from the Galaxy Club also confirmed the 50MP main camera for the Galaxy S22 and S22 + models.
The phone will come with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, but no details have been revealed about the front camera or its improvements.
According to other rumors, the phone will have a 4500 mAh battery with super fast charging.
It is expected that Android 12 will be booted which will also have UI4.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is expected to be launched in 2022.
