ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to halve staff in public and private institutions across the country, ban indoor wedding ceremonies and impose a fine of Rs 100 for not wearing a mask in view of the rising cases of corona virus.

According to Express News, the National Command Operations Center has decided to implement the second phase of precautionary measures across the country from tomorrow. The implementation of the second phase will continue till January 31, 2021, under which strict implementation of Corona SOPs across the country. Import will be ensured.

The second phase of precautionary measures will be implemented in sensitive cities of Corona including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Hyderabad, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Gujarat, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Abbottabad. Included.

In the second phase, the Gilgit-Baltistan model for face masks will be implemented. Those who do not wear Gilgit-Baltistan-style masks will be fined Rs 100 and will be provided three masks in return.

Ban on closed-door events

Regarding wedding ceremonies, the NCOC has decided that in the second phase of precautionary measures, indoor wedding ceremonies will be banned from November 20. However, wedding ceremonies will be allowed to be held in the open air. Up to 1,000 guests will be able to attend the event, which will be held in the air.
