BCCI to decide whether to go to Pakistan: Indian captain

The captain of the Indian team, Rohit Sharma, put the matter on the board on the question of departure for Pakistan in the Asia Cup.

While giving a press conference in Melbourne, Rohit Sharma said that the decision to go to Pakistan has to be taken by the BCCI, currently our focus is the World Cup and we hope that there will be a complete match tomorrow, the full 40 overs will be a good match.

How much will the ICC lose if the India-Pakistan match is not played?

The Indian captain said that as players we prepare for every situation, as a captain the focus is how to put pressure on the opponent, the challenge is to do well in ICC tournaments.

Rohit Sharma said that it is known that Pakistan’s bowling is very good which can challenge us but our batting is good, we have to focus on bowling and fielding to win the match.

He further said that after the World Cup last year it was important to overcome the flaws, gave the players freedom and confidence to play their game without fear, we are focusing on effort more than the result, the current team of Pakistan is a very challenging team, Pakistan. Played well in World Cup and Asia Cup.

The Indian captain said that he does not think about the past, he focuses on the present, he does not think about favorites or underdogs. The qualifiers told that favorites or underdogs do not matter.
