Azad Kashmir government once again decides to impose lockdown for 15 days

Muzaffarabad: After the second wave of corona virus intensified in Azad Kashmir, the government has decided to lock down Kashmir again for 15 days.

The cabinet meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir has decided to re-impose lockdown in Kashmir. The lockdown will start from 12 noon on November 21 to 12 noon on December 6.

Addressing a press conference along with other ministers after the cabinet meeting, the health minister said that during the lockdown, all kinds of public gatherings, meetings and processions, including pilgrimages, etc. will be banned, all government, semi-government, autonomous, private institutions. Jat will work with 50% of the staff, the staff will be appointed by the head of the organization and the entry of unauthorized persons in the offices will be prohibited.
The health minister said that all kinds of educational and training institutions including madrassas would be closed, wedding gatherings would be banned and wedding halls etc. would be completely closed and food would not be allowed inside hotels and restaurants to the extent of takeaway. All shopping malls, shopping malls will be closed for all kinds of commercial activities. All private clinics will be completely closed.

The Health Minister further said that the movement of tourists in Azad Kashmir would be banned and parks and recreational places would remain closed. Barber shops, beauty parlors, etc. will be monkeys. Public transport will run according to SOPs, and disciplinary action will be taken in case of violation.
