According to the team management, the young fast bowler has been sent to the hospital for MRI, a decision will be taken after the report.
It should be noted that Shaheen Shah Afridi is already out of the team due to injury and has been replaced by Mohammad Hasnain.
The Asia Cup will start from August 27, while Pakistan will play its first match against traditional rivals India on August 28.
