Isn’t this the reason for weight gain?

Obesity is spreading like a plague around the world, increasing the risk of many diseases. Obesity can have many causes and one of them is insufficient sleep or poor sleep makes it difficult to control appetite.

When this happens, a variety of medical problems can occur, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.

A new medical study has found a link between sleep deprivation and weight gain.

To prove this connection, the researchers used sleep-related apps in fitness trackers, smartphones and watches.

The study, published in the medical journal JAMA Internal Medicine, looked at the sleep quality of 120,000 people over a two-year period.

The results showed that obese people have shorter sleep durations and different patterns.

The study found that obese people have an average of 15 minutes less sleep time than healthy people.

The study did not take into account naps and other medical issues, while most of the people who used the tracking devices were young, healthy and of high social status.

Experts who were not part of the research said that FDA-approved devices need to be used to verify the results, while people of all ages and classes should also be part of it.

However, he said that the study was conducted over a period of two years and the results were consistent with previous research work, which was not surprising.

Research has shown that lack of sleep results in an increase in the levels of the hormone ghrelin and a decrease in the level of the hormone leptin, which increases appetite.

When people suffer from insomnia, their appetite for poor diet increases, especially their appetite for sweet and salty foods, which results in weight gain.

But the easiest way to escape is to get a good night’s sleep or 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
