Young man martyred by Indian Army firing in occupied Kashmir

Srinagar: Another Kashmiri youth was martyred during the so-called search operation in occupied Kashmir by the occupying Indian army.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Indian Army conducted a search operation in Shopian district of Janat Nazir Valley by closing the entrances and exits, during which the invading army opened fire and martyred a youth.

Involved in serious human rights violations, the Indian Army refused to hand over the body of the youth to his family, which was strongly protested by the residents of the area. Residents also demanded the release of innocent Kashmiri youth.

A search operation is still going on in Shopian district and ambulances are not being allowed to enter. Occupying Indian Army has detained several youths. Residents of the area say that there is a danger of extrajudicial killing of the arrested Kashmiri youth.
