WhatsApp, the world’s largest instant messaging application, has started testing an excellent feature to ensure the security of its users.
There are reports that WhatsApp has started testing a feature to stop recording and taking screenshots of videos, photos and audio files sent for one-time viewing.
According to Web at Info, WhatsApp has given access to limited users to test the above feature, according to which now no user will be able to take a screenshot of any post that has been viewed once. .
Under the said feature, any user will now neither be able to take a screenshot nor record any ‘Once View’ image, video or audio file.
Under this feature, if a person tries to take a screenshot of the received ‘Once View’ video, audio and image, he will receive a notification instead of the screenshot, informing him that under the security features They cannot take a screenshot.
Similarly, the user will not be able to record any audio while under this feature, people will not be able to take a screenshot of the video, audio and image of ‘OneView’ through third party i.e. other certain softwares and applications.
However, it is possible that people will be able to capture or record the file of ‘Once View’ through other mobiles, but nothing can be said clearly in this regard.
WhatsApp is probably also working on improving the above feature and in the future when it will be introduced, taking a picture of a ‘OneView’ file or recording an audio file through other mobiles is also possible. It will be impossible.
The feature is currently available to limited users and is still in testing and may take several months to roll out.
