Seoul, South Korea: A day ago, Samsung has announced a new color of the Galaxy S22 series phone which is called Double Violet. It has been named ‘Borapurple’ which literally means purple purple.
Earlier we have told that Samsung is going to start selling foldable phones, smartwatches and traditional smartphones from August 10, which will be announced at a grand event.
Samsung has already introduced a phone in a similar color, which it officially called Violet. But it was lighter and more pinkish, but now the new purple color is more or less the same everywhere, be it the camera area, the frame or the wide area of the back of the phone.
Samsung likes this color so much that it has announced more devices in the same hue that will be coming out by the end of the year. In its press release, Samsung has named this color Bora Purple, a glimpse of which we will be able to see by August 10.
Interestingly, the new purple smartphone can be purchased online directly from Samsung’s website. It is priced at USD 799.
