NAB decides to bring Salman Shahbaz back from UK through Interpol

LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to repatriate Salman Shahbaz from the UK through Interpol.

NAB has decided to bring Salman Shahbaz, son of PML-N President Mian Shahbaz Sharif, back to Pakistan by arresting him in a money laundering case.

The NAB will also contact the UK’s National Crime Agency to deport Salman Shahbaz. It may be recalled that the accountability court had issued non-bailable arrest warrants in the money laundering case declaring Salman Shahbaz a fugitive.

The court summoned Salman Shahbaz several times for investigation in the case of Chaudhry Sugar Mills, money laundering and assets in excess of income but he did not appear on which he was declared a fugitive and confiscated all his movable and immovable properties
