Infertility is becoming a serious problem these days and most couples suffer from it, especially among men.

But the good news is that it is very easy to avoid and just eating a simple thing every day can save you from this serious problem.

This was revealed in a new medical study.

The study found a link between the habit of eating nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) and the quality of sperm in men.

Research has shown that lifestyle and environmental factors affect sperm quality and function, leading to an increased risk of infertility.

The study, published in the medical journal Journal of Oncology, looked at when and how eating nuts changes sperm DNA methylation.

For this purpose, 72 healthy and non-smoking young people will be hired.

Of these, 48 were given a mixture of almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, while the other group’s diet did not include nuts.

The researchers then compared the sperm DNA rates of the two groups.

The results showed no global changes in the DNA of any of the groups, but significant changes in the 36 genomic regions of the nut-eating group from the beginning to the end of the trial.

This was not seen in the other group.

Earlier, a medical study conducted in Spain in 2018 also said that daily consumption of nuts like almonds and walnuts can help men to prevent infertility.

Research has shown that eating these seeds daily improves sperm quality, which reduces the risk of infertility.

During the study, researchers divided 119 men between the ages of 18 and 35 into two groups.

One group was given 60 grams of almonds and walnuts daily while the other group was deprived of nuts.

After 14 weeks, it was found that sperm quality improved in people who ate nuts, while there was a significant reduction in the factors that cause infertility.

Research has shown that foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, selenium and zinc can help protect men from infertility.

The important thing is that almonds and walnuts are full of all these ingredients.

“We’re not saying that nuts should be an integral part of the diet, but the evidence suggests that a healthy lifestyle protects against infertility and nuts are definitely a good part of a healthy diet plan,” the researchers said.
