ISLAMABAD: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that vigilance has to be exercised to tackle the current challenges.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief visited Corps Headquarters Karachi where he was briefed on internal security and operational matters. The Army Chief also met with officers and men.

On this occasion, the Army Chief said that we have to be vigilant to deal with the current challenges. Paying homage to those who foiled the attack on Karachi Stock Exchange, he said that the soldiers bravely thwarted the enemy’s intentions. He expressed satisfaction over the collective efforts of law enforcement agencies to restore peace in Karachi.
