Wasim Akram demanded to end ODI cricket

Sultan of swing and former fast bowler of the national cricket team, Wasim Akram, demanded the end of ODIs from international cricket.

In an interview given to a foreign newspaper, former captain Wasim Akram said that the cricket authorities should consider ending the 50-over matches.

The former captain said that nowadays most of the players are focusing on T20 and Test cricket, so I think ICC should do away with ODI calendar.
Wasim Akram said that T20 format is just 4 hours while cricketers can earn money through leagues all over the world.

You see England’s best all-rounder Ben Stokes recently retired from ODIs which is sad but I agree with him.
