Indian media has claimed that the late actor Shashant Singh’s forensic report did not find any poison in his body.
According to Indian media, a five-member panel of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is also examining the post-mortem report released by Cooper Hospital.
The AIIMS report said the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) would investigate the matter under Article 306 of the Constitution.

The report said it would also look into whether there was a dim light in the morgue where the body was placed for an autopsy.

On the other hand, actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shardha Kapoor were summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for questioning.

According to the NCB, during the interrogation, when actress Deepika Padukone was asked about her conversation with her manager, she said that she was talking about cigarettes and she had denied using drugs.
