WASHINGTON: A special panel of the Food and Drug Administration in the United States has recommended the use of a combined Pfizer and biotech vaccine across the country on an emergency basis after lengthy consultations.
According to the US Broadcasting Corporation, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recommended the use of the corona vaccine, a joint venture between the domestic pharmaceutical company Pfizer and the German biotech company, and hopes that the vaccine will be released soon. Get approval.
Out of the 22-member panel of the Food and Drug Administration, 17 members recommended emergency use of the vaccine, while 4 members who voted against it expressed reservations about the vaccine being given to people under 18 years of age. One member did not comment.
Earlier, a panel from the FDA, the world’s most prestigious US drug agency, analyzed the scientific evidence for a nine-hour trial of the Pfizer vaccine. Pfizer had approached the FDA for drug approval.
