The Pakistani military shot down another Indian spy drone on the Line of Control (LoC).
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), “Pakistan Army shot down an Indian spy drone in Chakoti sector of LOC.”
The statement said that the Indian spy drone had penetrated 500 meters into Pakistani territory.
“This is the 11th Indian drone shot down by the Pakistan Army this year,” the ISPR said.

It may be recalled that on July 26, Pak Army soldiers shot down India’s 10th spy drone of the year in Pando sector of LOC.
The ISPR statement said that the Indian quadcopter had entered the LOC within 200 meters of Pakistan’s borders.
Earlier on June 28, the Pakistan Army shot down an Indian spy quadcopter in the hot water sector of the LoC.
A statement issued by the Director General (DG) of the ISPR on Twitter said, “Pak Army soldiers shot down an Indian spy quadcopter in the Tatta Pani sector along with the LOC.”
The DG ISPR had said that the Indian spy “drone had landed within 850 meters of Pakistan’s borders on the LOC”.
Pakistani troops also shot down an Indian quadcopter (spy drone) entering Pakistani territory near the LoC on June 5.
The ISPR statement said that the spy drone was shot down in the Khanjar sector along with the LOC. During the provocation, an Indian quadcopter had entered Pakistani territory up to 500 meters for espionage.
It may be recalled that last year the Pakistan Army shot down three Indian drones, the first of which was shot down on the first day of the year, January 1, in the Bagh sector.
