About a year ago, Google introduced a feature called LiveView for its popular app Maps. Based on augmented reality technology, this feature allows users to better understand their surroundings, but for a long time it did not seem to be very useful.
Now Google has improved it with new additions.
The company has announced a number of changes to LiveView for Android and iPhone users, which will be introduced soon.

These changes will allow you to better see popular locations on Google Maps.
When a location is searched on Google Maps, you will be able to see the location in real time by pressing the Live View button.
Famous places will appear on the map and Live View will tell you how far you are from them.

Featured locations will be included in this feature and this feature will initially support 25 cities.
But the most useful aspect of LiveView will be for those who use public transport.
Google is adding multi-modal navigation support, which will combine all types of transport while taking care of pedestrians.
Thanks to this support, when a person travels to a destination, Live View will tell you which way to go after getting off the transport.

To do this, simply rotate the camera around and the AR elements will guide you to the next stage of the journey.
LiveView will now also have location sharing mode support, which will be useful for meetings outside the walls.
This feature will allow you to know where to meet friends and find each other.
Google is also improving the pin location in LiveView.
