Strengthen your ‘immunity’ with vitamins

Corona’s gin is out of control. The gravity of the situation can be gauged from the fact that the corona virus has put a question mark on the duty of Muslims to perform Hajj this year.

The virus, which is transmitted from human to human, has caused widespread panic. Ever since the epidemic broke out, people have been cautious about food.

As the disease can only be countered by a strong immune system. This is why most people are trying to find out about vitamins. To strengthen your immune system, it is important that you get enough sleep, stay calm, and eat foods that contain all the essential nutrients.

Vitamin is made up of a combination of the two words “vita” and “amine”. Vita is derived from the English word vital. Which means important or necessary, while amine refers to chemical compounds, which are extremely important for life.

The composition of these chemical compounds is complex and they are needed by the body in small quantities, but they are so important and necessary for life that their deficiency and absence can affect our health.

Vitamins are usually divided into two groups. One is those that are soluble in grease. These include vitamin B and C complexes.
Large amounts of vitamins are obtained from plant and animal sources. Botanical sources include green leafy vegetables, root vegetables, pulses, lentils, beans, nuts and whole grains, while animal sources include liver, kidneys, meat, and fish, as well as milk, eggs, and dairy products.

Are Our bodies need a lot of vitamins. Lack of any of these vitamins can lead to diseases. For example, vitamin A deficiency can lead to skin diseases such as keratinization, night blindness and mental illness.

Now let’s talk about these vitamins, which can be helpful in corona. That is, they can protect the human body against various infectious diseases by becoming a strong immune system or protector.

Vitamin A is found in plant foods as carotene in yellow, orange and green matter, which enters the intestines and takes the form of vitamin A.

Carotene is also called pro-vitamin A. In the body, it is stored inside the liver and overuse can lead to headaches, nausea, diarrhea, bone pain and itching.

While it is essential for physical growth, vision, and eyesight, it also acts as a protective agent against infectious diseases. It should be noted that the use of dairy products, eggs, fish, green leafy vegetables, yellow and orange vegetables does not allow it to be deficient.

Therefore, vitamin A supplement should not be used until its deficiency is diagnosed, as its excess increases body fat storage. Vitamin C is a simple organic acid, which is the most delicate and sensitive of all vitamins and is lost in exposure to wind. The diet is rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, but the amount depends on how they are prepared.

While vitamin C heals wounds, builds teeth and bones, strengthens gum tissue and blood vessels, it also builds the body’s resistance to disease and germs. Thanks to which we can avoid various dangerous viruses.

The largest natural source of vitamin D is the sun’s rays, in the presence of which it is self-produced in the human body. At the moment the heat is on in our country, so our body cannot be deficient in it.

In addition to the sun’s rays, vitamin D is found in abundance in liver, milk, eggs, butter and butter. All of this suggests that vitamins play an important role in our bodies, which act spontaneously against infectious diseases, but that people with weakened immune systems need to be vaccinated.

So that it can be activated. No coronavirus vaccine has been developed yet, so everyone should include vitamins in their diet that boost the immune system or strengthen the immune system.
