Scientists have identified hundreds of drugs to treat code 19

While no formal treatment or vaccine for the new corona virus is available, US scientists have identified hundreds of drugs that could potentially help treat code 19.

The claim was made in a medical study in the United States.

Research from the University of California has identified drugs with the help of AI technology.

“There is an urgent need to identify effective drugs for the prevention and treatment of code 19, for which we have developed a strategy,” the researchers said.

To this end, he enlisted the help of a computer algorithm based on AI technology that learns to predict from trials and errors and improves itself.

Nothing is clear yet about the eradication of the Code 19 epidemic, while a few remedies, such as remedies, have had some success.

Similarly, it may take a few months to develop a vaccine, but there is no guarantee yet.

According to the researchers, in view of the situation, a helpful strategy in drug identification is of utmost importance in order to discover new drugs for the treatment of Code 19 in a systematic manner.

He said FDA-approved drugs that target one or more proteins that help in the entry of the virus could be effective.

“Our strategy could be to detect additional drugs or small molecules that could interfere with the virus’s ability to enter and replicate,” he said.

The study used a list of 65 human proteins known to be in contact with new corona virus proteins, which led to the development of machine learning models for each protein.

The researchers said that these models were trained to identify new small molecules and activators that prevent the virus.

The researchers then used these machine learning models to screen 10 million commonly available small molecules to identify which chemicals are best for proteins in contact with the new corona virus proteins.

Further progress was then made to identify food compounds and medications that had already been approved by the FDA.

This method not only helped them identify candidates targeting single human proteins, but also discovered that certain chemicals could target 2 or more human proteins.

According to researchers, treatments for diseases have historically become more complex as we learn more about diseases. Our methods, such as machine learning methods, will provide additional opportunities for future research for treatment professionals.

He stressed that the computational strategy would facilitate the initial screening of a large number of chemicals as traditional methods are costly and take many years for positive results.

“Our database will serve as a means of identifying quick and safe treatment strategies against Code 19 and other diseases related to these 65 specific proteins,” he said.

These researchers will now move their work further and begin gradual clinical trials.

The results of the study were published in the journal Helion
