MICHIGAN: The FBI has arrested 13 people after foiling a plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
According to media reports, all of them belong to a right-wing white racist organization that was identified in racist discussions on social media.
The FBI has since begun tracking down the men, who it said wanted to kidnap anti-Trump politicians ahead of the November 3 US presidential election, while they have almost completed their plan to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer.

Based on intelligence, six people were arrested in the first operation and seven in the second operation.
It should be noted that Whitmer belongs to the Democratic Party and she often criticizes President Trump. Following the failure of the kidnapping plot, Governor Whitmer, in a statement, once again sharply criticized Donald Trump, saying he was engaged in fanning the flames of white racism in the United States.
