The Pakistani team left Lahore for Birmingham by a special plane.
There are three ODIs and three T20I matches between Pakistan and England. After the completion of PSL, Babar Azam, Sohaib Maqsood, Muhammad Rizwan and other 23 members of the team reached Lahore from Abu Dhabi in the morning. Eleven members including cricketer Haris Sohail, Saud Shakeel, Abdullah Shafiq, head coach Misbah-ul-Haq, bowling coach Waqar Yunus have boarded the plane from Lahore.
The national squad will spend three days in isolation upon arriving in Derby from Birmingham. After which the team will start practice sessions in Derby from June 28. The national squad will also play two 50-over intra-squad practice matches in the derby.
The first intra-squad practice match will be played on July 1 and the second on July 3. The national squad leaves for Cardiff on July 6. The first ODI between Pakistan and England will be played on July 8.
