ISLAMABAD: The third phase of testing of corona virus vaccine has started in Pakistan.
Asad Umar, Federal Minister for Planning and head of the National Command and Operations Center, announced in a tweet that the third phase of testing for the corona virus vaccine has begun in Pakistan.
Just launched the phase 3 trials for a Covid19 vaccine in Pakistan. Vaccine has been developed by a chinese company. A total of 40,000 people will participate in this trial in 7 countries, of which 8 to 10, 000 will be Pakistani. Initial results expected in 4 to 6 months

He said that Corona vaccine has been developed by a Chinese company. 8,000 to 10,000 Pakistanis will participate in the pilot phase. Preliminary results of the test are expected in 4 to 6 months. 40,000 people from 7 countries are participating in the vaccine trial voluntarily.
Earlier, the NCOC had said that Phase 3 Clinical Trials Covid 19 vaccine cannabinoids have been launched in Pakistan while the first and second phases of vaccine testing were completed in China.
