The largest online trading platform in the world, PayPal, hasn’t thought about expanding to Pakistan. For the past five years, government representatives have said that PayPal is coming to Pakistan, but this has never materialised. Government representatives recently informed senators present at the nation’s first-ever National e-Commerce Council meeting that PayPal will soon be available in Pakistan.
