The situation of corona virus cases in Pakistan is becoming alarming and after thousands of cases came to light daily, the total number has now reached one lakh 5 thousand 909 while the total death toll has reached 2112.
To date, there have been 4,441 new cases and 80 deaths from the corona epidemic, according to official figures.
However, many more people have recovered from this global epidemic.
It may be recalled that the first case of Corona virus was reported in the country on February 26, after which the virus has spread to the entire country and now thousands of cases are being reported daily.
From the first case in February to the end of March, the number of cases of the corona virus was close to 2,000, up from 26 after the first death on March 18.
In April, the situation changed somewhat and the outbreak of Corona epidemic intensified and the total number of cases exceeded 16,000.
However, in May, the situation changed completely and in just one month, more than 54,000 cases and more than 1,100 deaths were reported, bringing the total number of cases to 71,000 and the death toll to more than 1,500.
Since the beginning of June, the situation has been alarming and more than 5,000 record cases have come to light in a single day.
Not only that, in the first week of June alone, more than 30,000 cases and more than 500 deaths have been reported.
Also today (June 8), new cases and deaths of the global corona epidemic were confirmed in Pakistan.
Sindh
Another 1447 new cases of corona virus and 29 deaths were reported in Sindh.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that 8,513 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours in the province which is a record test so far, out of which 1447 results were positive, bringing the total number of cases to 39,555.
He also said that so far 239,522 tests have been conducted in the province.
According to Murad Ali Shah, 29 more people died in the province in the last 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 679.
Punjab
A further 1813 new cases of corona virus and 32 deaths were reported in Punjab province.
According to the official statistics website, the total number of cases in the province has risen to 38,903 in the last 24 hours.
In addition, another 32 deaths were reported, rising from 683 to 715.
Islamabad
Meanwhile, the situation in the federal capital Islamabad is also becoming alarming and the number of cases is increasing day by day.
According to official figures, 350 new cases and three deaths were reported there.
After which the total number of cases increased from 4,979 to 5,329.
Similarly, the death toll has risen from 49 to 52.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department confirmed 519 new cases of Corona, bringing the number of victims in the province to 14,006.

The statement also confirmed 12 more deaths, four in Peshawar, two each in Malakand and Mansehra, and one each in Mardan, Lower Dir, Abbottabad and Haripur.
After these deaths, the number of patients who died of the virus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has risen to 587.
Balochistan
The Balochistan Health Department reported that the total number of corona viruses in the province rose to 6788 after 272 more cases were reported.
Four more patients died of the virus in the province, bringing the death toll to 58.
Gilgit-Baltistan
In the same Gilgit-Baltistan, 5 more new cases of corona virus were added.
According to the new figures, the number of people infected with corona in Gilgit-Baltistan has risen from 927 to 932.
Azad Kashmir
In addition, 35 new cases of the global epidemic have been reported in Azad Kashmir, which has so far been the least affected by the virus.
According to the statistics, after these new cases came to light in the last 24 hours, the total number so far has increased from 361 to 396.
Healthy people
However, despite all this, the number of people recovering in the country has also increased.
In the last 24 hours, 890 more people in the country have been infected with the virus, according to official figures.
Since then, the number of people recovering from the epidemic in the country has increased from 33,465 to 34,355.
