Kashmir will never be part of India, Pakistan’s response to Indian statement

After Prime Minister Imran Khan’s address to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Pakistan strongly rebuked the Indian response, making it clear that Jammu and Kashmir was never part of India and never will be. New Delhi has nothing to claim in the region except ‘military occupation’.

Earlier, the Hindustan Times reported that India had responded to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s UNGA address by calling it “full of lies, misunderstandings and war frenzy”.

The Indian envoy also walked out of the meeting during the broadcast of the Prime Minister’s speech.

Rejecting the Indian statement, the Pakistani envoy said the Indian response was “another shameful attempt to divert attention from the real issues”.
