Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Multan Sultans have been ruled out of the rest of the league after falling victim to England’s James Vince Corona.
A statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said, “Multan Sultans batsman James Vance has been ruled out of the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League 2020.”

According to the statement, the corona test taken by James Vance in England before leaving for Pakistan to participate in the event has come positive.
The PCB said the Multan Sultans management could now choose a foreign or local player to replace James Vance.
Earlier, Bangladeshi batsman Mahmudullah, who represented Multan Sultans, was also ruled out of the rest of the PSL matches due to corona.
Talking to reporters, Mahmudullah said, “I am surprised that the code-19 test was positive. I did not show any fever or any other symptoms but only a cold. I took the test a second time and that too.” Came positive
Earlier, several players, including former Bangladesh captain Mushrafi Murtaza and Test opener Saif Hassan, have tested positive and later recovered.
The Multan Sultans have not yet announced the names of Mahmudullah and James Vance’s replacements.
It should be noted that the remaining four matches of PSL 2020 will be played in Karachi from November 14 to November 17.
The PCB statement further said that the corona test report of one of the members participating in PSL 2020 was positive and they were immediately shifted to the isolation room of the team hotel.

The board said that under the Code-19 protocols developed by the PCB, they had to travel to Karachi after a negative result of the first test taken at their home, but as soon as they reached Karachi, the PCB Sports and Medical Sciences When he got the report of the first test, the result was positive.
According to the statement, he was immediately quarantined under the report and will now remain in isolation until the report of two consecutive tests is negative.
