Introducing 4 phones of Huawei’s flagship Mate 40 series

Huawei has introduced 3 phones in its flagship Mate 40 series, in fact these are 4 devices, one of which is a Porsche design model, which will not be available to the average consumer.

These new flagship phones of the US-banned company also lack Google services and apps, but special attention has been paid to their camera system to get the attention of the users.

The Mate series phones are known for the best camera system anyway and this time too Lysa brand cameras have been used.

But there have been significant upgrades in other aspects of the phone as well.

The Huawei Mate 40 has a 6.5-inch OLED display with 90 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz touch sampling rate.

The phone is powered by a high silicon Karen 990 FiveG processor with Octa Core CPU.

The phone comes with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage while the 4200 mAh battery comes with 40 watt fast charging support but no wireless charging support.

On the back of the phone there is a setup of 3 cameras in which the main camera is 50 megapixels with F1.9 aperture.

The 16-megapixel Ultra Wide and 8-megapixel telephoto cameras are also part of the device, while the 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front has a punch-hole design.

The company has not announced a date for the availability of the phone, but it is priced at 899 euros (more than 172,000 Pakistani rupees).

Both the phones are powered by the company’s new Karen 9000 processor with 5 Nm processor and 4 Cortex A77 cores.

The Mate 40 Pro and 40 Pro Plus have a 6.76-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1344×2772 pixels and both sides have curves or elbows that form an angle of 88 degrees.

Both the screens have a refresh rate of 90 Hz while the fingerprint sensor is installed inside the display.

The battery is the area that has been significantly upgraded, although it is only 4400 mAh like last year’s models, but this time 66 watts fast charging support is provided, while 50 watts wireless charging support is also available and yes reverse wireless Charging support is also provided in both these devices.

Both have 5G modems and the company claims that the internet speed will be very fast as the Wi-Fi 6 Plus can absorb 160 MHz bandwidth.

As far as RAM is concerned, the Mate 40 Pro has 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage while the 40 Pro Plus has 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.

The camera system is different in both the phones as the Mate 40 Pro has 4 cameras while the Pro Plus has 5 cameras on the back.

The Mate 40 Pro has a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1 / 1.28 sensor, the largest of any other phone currently on the market, with omni-directional autofocus and F1.9 for optical image stabilization. The lens is provided, the pixel size is 1.22 U.

This camera can record 4K video at 60 frames per second and can record slow motion clips at 1080p resolution and 480 frames per second.

In addition, the second generation Sun camera is equipped with a 20-megapixel sensor and F1.8 ultra wide angle lens.

According to the company, this is the first phone in the world to be given a free form lens that reduces distortions in ultra wide lenses.

The third is a 12-megapixel periscope camera with 5x optical zoom, while the fourth is a time-of-flight camera.

As far as the camera system of the Mate 40 Pro Plus is concerned, the main camera is the same as the Mate 40 Pro, but the 8-megapixel Periscope telephoto camera is capable of 10x optical zoom.

Similarly, the 12-megapixel telephoto camera is also part of the phone which offers 3x optical zoom, while the 20-megapixel ultra wide camera is similar to the Mate 40 Pro, while the fifth camera is time off flight.

Both phones have a dual camera setup on the front with a 12-megapixel selfie camera and a depth sensor.

This sensor helps to control the EMUI 11 interface by hand movement while also allowing the device to be unlocked from the face.

The Android 10 operating system in all three phones has been merged with EMUI 11, while the Google Play Store has been replaced by Huawei Mobile Services.

The Mate 40 Pro is priced at 1,200 euros (more than 229,000 Pakistani rupees).

The Mate 40 Pro Plus will be priced at 1,399 euros (over 267,000 Pakistani rupees).

It is the only phone in the series capable of 8K video recording and will be available in Ceramics White and Ceramics Black.

In terms of features, it is the same as the Pro models with 5 GB of storage with 12 GB of RAM.

But the real price is the design, which will be available for 2295 euros (more than 439,000 Pakistani rupees).
