A statement issued by Major General Babar Iftikhar, Chief of Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, said that the claims in the Indian media about the additional personnel of the Pakistan Army in LOC and Gilgit-Baltistan were false. No mobility or additional deployment.

The DG ISPR also strongly denies the presence of Chinese troops in Pakistan, adding that reports of the use of Skardu Airbase by China are untrue, such reports are irresponsible and fabricated.
