Tik tok star Sandal Khattak has once again claimed in a local court in Lahore that the FIA was harassing him after the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) launched an investigation against him.
Sandal Khattak had initially filed a petition against the FIA in the Additional Sessions Court in January last year, asking the court to stop the Federal Investigation Agency from investigating him.
Sandal Khattak, in a petition filed in January 2020, claimed that the FIA was continuing its investigation against him for unknown reasons and that he was being harassed by issuing repeated notices.
Sandal Khattak had told the court last year that the FIA had issued notices to him on October 28 and November 5, 2019 asking him to appear for interrogation and the agency was still issuing notices to him.
The model wrote in her application that she was not even told what the investigation was against her. At the request of Sandal Khattak, no progress had been made for the past one year due to Corona, and during several hearings, AFI lawyers and Sandal Khattak lawyers could never appear.
However, in a hearing on February 12, Additional Sessions Judge Hamid Hussain ordered Sandal Khattak to appear before the next hearing and record his statement.
At the February 12 hearing, Khattak’s lawyers again asked the court to stop the FIA from investigating, claiming that Khattak was a decent citizen of Pakistan but was being harassed by the FBI Is.
After a brief hearing, the court directed Sandal Khattak to appear on February 17 and record his statement.
It may be recalled that anchor Mubashir Luqman had also filed a case of theft against Sandal Khattak and his fellow tick talk star Hareem Shah in 2020, but his case was disposed of by the court in December 2020.
Sandal Khattak and Hareem Shah are famous for their videos made with celebrities and politicians and both are considered popular tik tak stars in the country.
