Huawei’s smartphone business is facing difficulties as a result of US sanctions, but the Chinese company is ready to launch its new flagship phones regardless.
Huawei’s flagship P-Series phones are usually introduced in March, and according to a leak, the P50 series will be launched between March 26 and 28.
According to the leak, this time too Huawei will introduce 3 new phones in this series which will have 2 different processors.
The P50 will have the company’s own Karen 9000 E processor, while the P50 Pro and P50 Pro Plus will have the flagship Karen 9000 processor.
The leak states that Huawei has finalized the design of the phones and is ready for mass production.
The new series is expected to feature a new design, but more details are yet to come.
All three phones will likely have new camera setups, improved screens and added gaming features.
All three phones will use OLED displays provided by LG and Samsung.
A leak in December 2020 stated that the P50 will have a 6.6-inch display while the P50 Pro will have a 6.7-inch display with 120 Hz refresh rate support.
Both phones will have a similar glass / ceramics design with gestures support, a combination of Android 11 operating system, EMU 11 and a Lisa branded 4 or 5 camera setup that will feature 200x digital zoom.
