Huawei is ready to introduce its first phone with a 108-megapixel camera

Huawei’s new flagship Mate 40 will be the company’s first phone to feature a 108-megapixel camera.

According to the GSM Arena report, Huawei will introduce several new features in the Mate 40 series phones, while after Samsung and Xiaomi, Huawei will also be among the companies offering 108 megapixel cameras.

The report quoted people working for Huawei’s supply chain as saying that the new flagship phone will have a 108-megapixel camera with 9P lens that will help in taking more clear and stable photos and 108 of other companies. Megapixels will be more powerful than cameras.

Huawei pays special attention to cameras in flagship phones. This year, the P40 Pro was also named as the top smartphone maker by DXMark.

Last year, the Mets 30 series dunes were given high-speed camera modules, and the Mate 30 Pro was given 40-megapixel Ultra Wide, 40-megapixel wide-angle, 8-megapixel telephoto and 3D depth cameras.

Earlier in April, GSM Arena reported that the Mate 40 series of phones will be powered by the Karen 1030 processor, which will help use 30% less power.

Huawei’s new flagship phones are expected to be unveiled in October, with more details to follow.

As a result of US sanctions, Chinese company Huawei has been deprived of Google apps and services, leading to a decline in phone sales in various countries.

However, the company is constantly trying to somehow eliminate its dependence on American technology and in August last year also introduced its operating system Harmony OS.

In May, a senior Huawei official said the operating system was comparable to Google’s and Apple’s.

Eric Tan, Vice President, Consumer Cloud Services, Huawei, said in a statement: “Huawei is in a position to provide an ecosystem in comparison to the ecosystems of Google and Apple. Can become one ‘.

He used the reference to the ecosystem for Harmony S.

The statement came as the Chinese company was trying to move forward without US technology.

Huawei was blacklisted by US President Donald Trump in May last year, after which the company lost access to US technology, while licensed Android systems could not be used on their phones and are now being offered in open source systems.

Huawei launched its app gallery after losing the Google Play Store. During the first quarter of this year, the number of users reached 420 million, while the app gallery is available in more than 170 countries.

“We need to bring in partner developers to deliver apps that meet customer demand,” said Eric Tan.

According to Huawei, 1.4 million developers have so far registered to create apps for the app gallery.

Huawei has said many times that it will prefer the Android operating system for its phones, but if necessary, its own operating system can be made part of the phones.
