Green tea and coffee are useful drinks for diabetics

Patients with type 2 diabetes can reduce their risk of dying from any cause by up to 63% if they make it a habit to drink green tea or coffee.

This was revealed in a new medical study.

It is believed that type 2 diabetes is a pandemic-like disease in the world with more than 420 million people suffering from it.

The disease licks the body from the inside out and also increases the risk of many deadly diseases including cancer, bone fractures, dementia, kidney problems and others.

In recent years, several scientists have worked on the benefits of green tea and discovered that drinking this hot drink reduces the risk of developing diabetes.

Some scientists have also found that drinking green tea improves glucose control and insulin sensitivity, but so far little has been done on the benefits of this hot drink for diabetics.

The study, by Kyushu University in Japan, Fukuoka Dental College and Hakojiu Hospital, looked at the effects of vegetables and coffee on diabetics.

The study, published in the medical journal BMJ Open Diabetes Research and Care, used data from a study of approximately 5,000 type 2 diabetics, analyzing the effects of medication and lifestyle disorders.

Participants in the study were asked about a variety of details such as illness, exercise duration, smoking habits, sleep duration, body weight, blood pressure and symptoms of depression.

In particular, details of their dietary habits, including coffee and green tea consumption, were obtained.

Researchers surveyed these volunteers for an average of five and a half years, during which time 309 people died.

The research team found that people who drank more than a cup of green tea or coffee a day had a lower risk of dying from any of these drinks than those who avoided them.

In particular, the habit of drinking 4 or more cups of green tea or 2 or more cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of dying from any cause by 63%.

Despite taking into account various factors, the researchers said that high consumption of green tea and coffee reduces the risk of death in patients with type 2 diabetes for any reason.

“Drinking 2 or more cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of death by 41%, while drinking 4 cups or more of green tea reduces the risk by 40%,” he said.
