Google’s Touch Frame Home Hub for Pakistani Students

Numerous educational institutions around the world are closed due to the new Novel Corona virus disease Code 19 and it is not yet known when they will be able to reopen.

As a result, a large number of students from all over the world cannot go to educational institutions. The situation is similar in Pakistan and most of the institutions have faced such situations for the first time.

To this end, Google has developed a teaching tool for Pakistan called Teach from Home, which contains information, advice, training and tools available on Google for Education to help teachers engage in their educational activities. Online help can be provided.

Best practices for teaching lessons with or without the convenience of video calls.

Tips on creating and engaging a community, and a step-by-step touch home toolkit that can also be downloaded.

In addition, schools and other educational institutions can use the Google Meet Video Conference’s premium features for free by September 30, 2020. These features have the capability that 250 people can be contacted in one call, lessons can be recorded and live streamed.

Google has developed the Teach from Home Hub in collaboration with the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education, which is also working with other educational partners in this epidemic situation.
